By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable University policies (including, where relevant, the Student Code of Conduct and Acceptable Use Policy). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page, and the “Last Updated” date will be changed accordingly. Significant updates may be communicated through the Platform, by email, or other official channels. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You may post or submit content such as assignments, discussion posts, feedback, or communications through the Platform (“User Content”). By doing so, you grant the University a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for academic, administrative, or promotional purposes consistent with our Privacy Policy.
